The Camp Snap CS-8 is a digital video camera inspired by the iconic Super 8, capturing the warmth and grain of old home movies without film, developing, or waiting months to see the results. With no screen or recording preview, you film and wait until you get home to see the surprise.

Choose an image format (9:16 for reels, 16:9 for cinema, 1:1 for squares, 4:3 for classic home movies) and one of five filters: standard, two vintage styles, analog 18 frames per second, or black and white. Every time you press the shutter, a new clip is saved as an MP4 file, making it easy to capture short, spontaneous moments. Retro dials show the battery and memory levels, while the hot shoe allows you to attach a microphone or flash.

Camp Snap was born from a parent's longing. Brian and Melanie, former participants in summer camps in Toronto, now live in Hermosa Beach, California, and send their two sons to camp in Canada for four weeks every year.
